1. Sales and previous prices

When we announce a price reduction, the previous price shown as a reference is the lowest price applied during the 30 days before the reduction.

2. Discount codes

• Each code states its value, its validity period and, where applicable, the products it applies to and the minimum purchase amount.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one code can be used per order and codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to orders already placed.
• We may cancel a code if we detect fraudulent use or use contrary to its terms.

3. Promotional gifts

If your order includes a promotional gift and you withdraw from the purchase, please return it together with the products. If you do not, we may deduct its value from your refund.

4. Returns of discounted products

If you withdraw, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned products, after discounts.

5. Giveaways and competitions

Giveaways and competitions we run, including on social media, are governed by their own rules, which we will publish in each case.
