Customs Duties and Import Taxes

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes will apply — your order will be delivered directly to your door.

United States

US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties, import fees and taxes are paid in advance by THE WOOLCATCHER and are already included in the price you see. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Other countries outside the EU

If your order is being shipped to another country outside the European Union (for example the UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, or any other non-EU country), your local customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees before delivery.

These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are collected by your country’s customs or postal service and are beyond our control. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

If you are asked by the delivery company to pay any customs or import fees, please note that this is a normal procedure for international shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reimburse these fees.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All prices shown on our website in EUR include Spanish VAT (21%). If your order is delivered outside the EU, VAT will not be charged at checkout.
