Shipping policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Where we ship from
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Oviedo, Spain. Most shipments are sent with FedEx; some destinations and services are sent with Correos or other courier companies via the Packlink platform. You will see the options available for your address at checkout.
2. Processing and delivery times
- We prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier within 1 working day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.
- We do not ship at weekends or on national, Asturias or Oviedo public holidays.
- Estimated delivery times, prices and free-shipping thresholds for each country are shown at checkout and on our Shipping costs and delivery times page.
- Pre-order products are shipped on the estimated date shown on the product page (see Cancellations and pre-orders). If your order combines in-stock and pre-order products, we will tell you whether they will be shipped together or separately.
We will email you a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended for reasons beyond our control (for example, customs checks or carrier incidents); in any event, unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days of order confirmation. If it does not, you may cancel the order and we will refund you in full.
3. Shipments within the European Union
Prices include VAT. There are no customs duties or additional charges on delivery.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU customs and VAT territory: shipments require customs clearance and you may have to pay IGIC, IPSI or another local tax on delivery. These amounts are not included in our prices.
4. Shipments to the United States (DDP)
Shipments to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we pay the import duties and taxes. You will not have to pay anything extra when you receive your order.
5. Shipments to other countries outside the EU (DAP)
Shipments to all other countries outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and Australia — are sent DAP (Delivered At Place):
- The price paid on our website does not include customs duties, import taxes (VAT, GST or others) or the carrier's customs clearance fees.
- These charges are set by the customs authority of the destination country and are payable by the recipient, who must pay them to the carrier in order to receive the parcel.
- If you are sending a gift outside the EU, let the recipient know about these possible costs.
- You can get an indicative estimate using calculators such as SimplyDuty.
If the parcel is refused or not collected, the provisions of our Returns and withdrawal policy apply (section "Refused or uncollected parcels").
6. Delivery address
Please check that your address and phone number are correct and complete. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the order has not left the warehouse. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
If nobody is at home, the carrier usually leaves a notice, attempts redelivery or leaves the parcel at a nearby pickup point. Follow the instructions you receive by email or SMS.
7. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel's tracking has not moved for several days or shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we will re-send your order or refund you in full, as you prefer.
Parcels damaged in transit are handled according to our Legal guarantee and faulty products page.
